Shipping and Returns Information


Items are shipped using tracked courier, and as such, once dispatched it should take 1 to 3 working days to arrive. Please allow extra time for RD addresses. We will inform you via email when items have been dispatched.

Get Now, Pay Later (GNPL) Third Party payment options

ALL purchases will operate as per normal when paid for using GNPL, except refunds. There are NO refunds available if GNPL is the payment method. All returns will be for store credit. As per GNPL terms and conditions, LATCH will not give cash back to the customer on GNPL purchases, under any circumstances.


We are happy to accept returns of items that are in the unlikely event faulty or  the item does not match the description on the website. Please contact us prior to returning any items so we are aware they are being returned and can advise you of any extra administration, and/or costs that may be required, please make sure you package them well. Make sure that we can easily identify who sent the item and include any necessary information, so that we can quickly supply your replacement, exchange or refund.

We are happy to exchange sizes, we just require that the original is returned in brand new condition and the cost of the return courier is paid. Store credit will be the purchase price minus actual courier cost,  Extra costs may be applicable, depending on product.
